Solutions · TSmart Security Cloud
Connect your infrastructure. Understand your security.
Planned — not available yet. The integration described here does not exist today. TSmart Security Cloud is a separate TalyaSmart product, and no evidence flows between the two yet.
The intended split is simple: TSmartConnect owns the connection and the inventory, and TSmart Security Cloud owns the assessment. Keeping them apart means the system that holds your access is not the system that interprets what it finds.
Who does what
TSmartConnect
-
Establishes authorized connections
PlannedLive for Shopify, Amazon and QuickBooks today. Website, hosting and cloud connections are planned.
-
Collects minimum inventory
PlannedReads only the inventory a connector needs — versions, domains, configuration metadata — and nothing else.
-
Normalizes technical evidence
PlannedTurns plugin lists, lock files and zone settings into one shape, with the source of every record kept.
-
Provides integration APIs
PlannedA workspace-scoped REST API serves commerce data today. An evidence API for Security Cloud is planned.
TSmart Security Cloud
PlannedA separate product. Everything below is planned for the integration.
- Evaluates the evidence it receives
- Correlates package versions with published security advisories
- Produces security findings
- Generates assessment reports
- Supports monitoring services in the future
What a connection does not authorize
Connecting an account does not authorize vulnerability scanning. The planned connectors read inventory with the narrowest permissions each platform offers. Any assessment would be a separate, explicit authorization by the owner of the systems involved.
This integration is not planned to provide penetration testing, automatic patching or a guarantee that every vulnerability is found. Findings from an assessment are only as complete as the evidence behind them.
