Pricing

Priced on connected accounts and volume, not on features.

Figures are quoted per account. The model is not a secret, so here is exactly what moves a quote up or down before you speak to anyone.

What a quote is built from

Organization

The billing boundary. One organization is one customer, with its own connections, users and data. Running a second legal entity means a second organization.

Connected accounts

Counted per provider account, not per provider. Two Shopify stores and one Amazon marketplace is three connected accounts on two integrations.

Sync frequency

How often scheduled synchronization runs for your entities. Inbound webhooks, where the provider sends them, are not metered.

API volume

Requests your own systems make against the API, measured per API key so you can attribute usage to the service that caused it.

Included at every size

  • Every capability listed as Live, with no per-feature gating
  • All provider entities on the sync schedule, not a subset
  • Sync run history, dead letters and connection health
  • Scoped API keys and the read API

Published tiers

Reserved for tier names and figures once they are approved for the orchestration product. No number appears here before then.

Bring the number of storefronts and marketplaces you run. That is most of the quote.
